1. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – REF NO. CIPM01 (MARKET RESEARCH)
1. THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL BE REPORTING TO THE GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR.
QUALIFICATION:
• CANDIDATES MUST BE TECHNICALLY COMPETENT AND HAVE A GOOD DEGREE IN SOCIAL OR NUMERICAL SCIENCES.
• MINIMUM OF 10YRS EXPERIENCE IN A RESEARCH OR RESEARCH ORIENTED ORGANISATION EITHER AS A USER OR A PROVIDER OF RESEARCH, 5 OF WHICH MUST HAVE BEEN AT A SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL.
• CLIENT SERVICE, LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
• ABILITY TO ORGANIZE, COORDINATE, MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE SUBORDINATES IS NECESSARY.
• EXPERIENCES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF LARGE PROJECTS AND BIG CLIENTS ARE PREREQUISITES.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
THE OUTSTANDING CANDIDATE WILL OVERSEE THE TECHNICAL AND PERSONAL OPERATIONS OF THE AGENCY WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
• OVERSEE THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS AND REPORTS.
• OVERSEE THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PROPRIETARY RESEARCH .
• MANAGE ALL OTHER TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL FUNCTIONS OF THE AGENCY.

• KNOWLEDGE OF POWERPOINT, EXCELLENT PRESENTATION, NEGOTIATION AND MARKETING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
• MUST BE RESULT ORIENTED
