1. PRODUCTION MANAGER Expatriate or Nigeria
· Very good experience in production of doors, walldrobes and kitchen of international standards using both real wood and MDF
· Must have access to sourcing of materials both locally and overseas.
2. CIVIL ENGINEERS
· Good knowledge of AutoCAD and versatile in all relevant furbniture design softwares
· must have experience in well established wood work/furniture companies.
· B.Sc/B.Eng
3. ENGINEERING TECHNICIANS
· Same as 2 above
· OND/HND
4. ARCHITECTS
· Same as 2 above
· M.sc/M.Arch
5. WOOD WORKING/WELDING MACHINISTS
· Cognate experience in furniture companies
6. WOOD WORK FITTER/INSTALLERS
· Must have good experience in production and assembly of furniture without supervision.
7. BUSINESS MANAGER
· Must have cognate experience in marketing amd sales in good furniture outfit
· Must be able to write convincing Business Plan for a furniture production outfit.
· A minimum qualification of B>sc in Business Administration. MBA will be added advantage.
8. WORKSHOP MAINTENANCE MANAGER
· Must have relevant experience in similae industry. have ability to manage all maintenance problems in the company
· A minimum qualification of B.sc in Engineering
9 MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
· Same as 8 above.
10 FINISHER (NIGERIA/Expatriate)
· Must have versatile in the use of modern chemicals on finishing of real wood furniture
· Must have worked in a reputable furniture company and can produce work to very high standards
11. ACCOUNTANT (female)
· 5 years post qualification experience in relevant industry and versed with relevant accounting softwares. ICAN Registration will be added advantage.
12. RECEPTIONIST (Female)
· A good university degree in relevant field
· must have good command of English.
· A second foreign language will be an advantage
13. STOPREKEEPERS
· Relevant experience in constructional furniture company. Must have track record of honesty and integrity.

VACANCY LEVEL Mid-Career OPPORTUNITY
In line with the Pension Reform Act 2004, which public and private sector organisations the opportunity to establish a Contributory Pension Scheme for their employees, a vacancy exists for the post of Senior Investment Manager (for the Closed Pension Fund Administrator). Progress Trust Limited (PTL) is a subsidiary of Nigerian Breweries Plc set up for this purpose. The Senior Investment Manager will report directly to the General Manager, PTL at our Head Office in Lagos.
THE JOB (REF: CCDM/16/08/08)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will have responsibility to manage the fund portfolio of investments with a view to maximizing returns while safeguarding fund assets, implementing the company’s investment strategy and ensuring compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004.
REQUIREMENTS
THE PERSON: The successful candidate would ideally not be younger than 35 years at the date of this advert with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience, eight of which must be in the financial sector and four in a management position. Investment Management experience is a MUST and in addition must possess the following:
WASC/SSCE/GCE with at least credits in five subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
A good University Degree not below Second Class (Lower Division) in any NUMERATE discipline from a recognised University.
Possession of an MBA/ relevant Professional Qualification is essential.
Evidence of discharge from the NYSC scheme (i.e. NYSC discharge certificate).
Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
