This position offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills as an HR professional within a dynamic team environment and to become familiar with the oil and gas industry.

As an HR Analyst, you will provide professional advice and counsel to management on the full range of people and organizational issues. You will work closely with managers in the various business units to address people-related aspects of business decisions, as well as provide policy development and advice to all levels of management.

As an HR Analyst, your responsibilities may include:

* A broad exposure to the development, monitoring and improvement of HR policies, practices and programs
* Project work on specialized topics in areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing and development, and workplace policy
* Provision of advisory service and support to business unit management and employees in areas such as: workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity, and industrial relations

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will come from a multinational background, used to work in a constantly changing environment in a multi-site operation and have experience in working in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate profile At least a 2.1 degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or Business Administration/Commerce with a specialization or demonstrated interest in HR-related topics

Applicants to this position should have a maximum of 2 years post NYSC work experience within a professional HR function; Proven analytical and leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; An ability

Length: Two Years

Rate: Salary plus all expenses paid.

Under minimal supervision, diagnoses electrical instrument systems problems. Services, troubleshoots, repairs and/or replaces, aligns, and maintains instrumentation systems, and system components. Performs minimal analytical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance with analytical systems specialist supervision. Requires experience as an Instrument Systems Technician.

Previous Experience Required Performing Following Essential Job Functions:

Inspect equipment and instrumentation, including controls, gauges, switches, transmitters, flow meters, and others.

Check calibration and functionality of instrumentation, including pressure and flow meters, electronic and pneumatic controllers, level indicators and controllers, pressure and temperature transmitters, switches and gauges, recorders, and others.

Test instruments for conformance with established operational procedures and guidelines.

Test electronic circuits for continuity and operational reliability and make repair or adjustments.

Able to work from electrical drawings.

Disassemble, clean and repair defective instruments.

A broad technical background is a mandatory.

Experience in a similar industry (Cement, Construction, Crushers, Asphalt, Dryers)

Candidate preferably comes from that background and must be motivated, a self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable in a small office environment
