1. INTERNAL ARCHITECTS
Reporting to: Project Architect
Job Specification:

• Production of AutoCAD detail drawing and construction documents
• Presentation skills
• Interpretation of sketches and drawings.
• Site photography

Technical Skills:

• Possess strong skills to read, interpret and prepare architectural detail drawing.
• Sound knowledge of Computer Aided Design Software (CAD) and Microsoft Packages
• Ability to take initiative
• Significant experience in Architectural field.

Competencies:

• HND or B.Sc in Architecture.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Will be required to work on and off site.

2. INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER
Technical Skills:

• Possess strong skills in accounting and attention to details.

Competencies:

• HND or B.Sc in Accounting
• 3-5years experience as a control/audit officer

3. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER/HEAD GIS
Job Specification:

• Have previous experience in logistic, warehouse management
• Competent in procurement and facility/admin management

Competencies:

• HND or B.Sc
• 10years post qualification experience with 5years in previous role

Technical Skills:

• Must have a negotiation, planning and control skills.
• Must know how to manage people
