Job Title: MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT – PLANNING
Job Description: Develop and maintain a long- and medium term integrated Business plan between Maintenance and Production Departments. Ensure maintenance plans and production targets are synchronized.
- Reporting on progress
- Tracking deviations
Ensure that all maintenance work is planned, scheduled and coordinated optimally during execution.
- Status reporting and recommendations
Develop and maintain a fully functional Maintenance Planning office.
Coordinate MOR (Manage Operational Reliability) Business Process execution by end users and identify areas of improvement. Recommend and/or take action on deviations
Ensure that maintenance and contractor resources are utilized optimally through Work Management methods and techniques.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering. Candidates must have a minimum of Second Class Lower division for Bachelors degree and Upper credit for Diploma certificates.
Required Skills:
Excellent technical and analytical skills;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills;
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Software
Experience
Minimum of ten (10) years applicable experience in maintenance planning job. Minimum of five (5) years petrochemical industry experience. Experience in the development of master data for CMMS is an advantage.
