A reputable construction company based in Lagos and Abuja is desirous of recruiting suitably qualified and experienced professional to the following positions:
1. GENERAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent in Engineering and experience in management.
· Fifteen years experience of which 5 years must be in the construction industry
· Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
· Must be computer literate.
2. PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)
QUALIFICATION:
· Must be COREN registered.
· Should have not less than 8 years experience of which 3 years must be in the construction industry.
· Computer literacy is a must.
3. SENIOR ENGINEERS
QUALIFICATION:
· Five years post NYNC experience in construction/consultancy industry
· B.Sc or equivalent plus.
· Must be COREN registered.
4. EXPERIENCED SUPERVISORS
QUALIFICATION:
· Must be holder of OND, City & Guild, Test Trade or relevant professional qualification in building construction
5. CRAFTSMEN
QUALIFICATION:
· Holder of government trade and /or an experience site operators.
6. SPECIALIST AND SUB-CONSTRACTORS are also needed.
7. EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL MARKETERS
QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum of B.Sc or its equivalent in Social Sciences.
· Wide experience in marketing, especially in real estate sector of the economy.
