Position: Technical Training officer (HRO003)
Objective:
•To report to the Learning and Development Manager and be responsible for the implementation of the technical training plan
•Provide support in conducting technical competency assessments and monthly reporting
Responsibilities:
•Preparation of training logistics
•Reconciliations with the Industrial Training Fund
Qualification and Experience:
•B.Sc or HND in any Engineering or Social Science discipline
•3-5 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG company
•Good organisational skills
•Good oral and written communication
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Attention to detail
•Not more than 30 years

What are your bases of acertaining age and experience. How can you expect in the nigerian environment one to graduate before age 30 and get a 3-5yrs working experience in FMCG? And for goodness sake how can one gain experience if he is unemployed, underemployed and not given the opportunity needed to prove himself. This act encourages lies in age and other related matters.
