Lafarge Cement Wapco Nigeria Plc is a multinational cement company and also a leading player in the building industry. We are looking for experienced t intelligent and highly motivated individuals to fill the following position:
Position: Maintenance Manager:

Objective:
•To report to the Plant Manager and have the responsibility of ensuring that all production equipment is in perfect working condition and available for use
Responsibilties:
•Define and implement procedures for preventive and predictive inspection of equipment

•Carry out feasibility studies and determine the capital expenditure necessary for improving the production process Qualification and Experience:
•B.Se or HND degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline from a reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
•10-12 years’ relevant experience in a process industry
•Knowledge of general Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, of industrial automation
and of automatic operation system
•In-depth knowledge of Computer Monitored Maintenance System (CMMS)
•Project and people management skills
•Good communication skills
•Performance oriented
•Good leadership and teamworking skills
•Safety conscious
•Not more than 38 years old
•Micro-data processing (MS Word. Excel, Power Point, Project, AutoCAD and Vision)
